To whom it may concern,
I’m writing this letter to highlight the fantastic work Nick and NF Garden & Landscape Design have done since taking over a hotel contract at my previous hotel (Holiday Inn Express Leeds City Centre).
Nick and the team took over the maintaining and upkeep of the hotel grounds, they were polite, presentable and took real care and a sense of ‘getting the job done right’ approach on every visit to site.
The first impression to any business is extremely important on how our guests enjoy there time while staying at the hotel and as such our guest surveys has a question ‘Overall First Impression at the hotel’ – since Nick and the team took over the works, this improved by 21%.
I have now moved to another Holiday Inn Express in Leeds which unfortunately doesn’t have grounds that need maintaining, however I would highly recommend NF Garden & Landscape Design for any works needed at your commercial site.
This is a family run business and I think its great to look after these businesses rather then the more well-known nationwide companies.
If you require and groundworks, gardens being maintained etc at a very competitive price, I can’t recommend anymore more qualified for the job then NF Garden & Landscape Design.
